Aladdin Electronics specialise in electronic repairs for the audio and video field. We have a workshop with dedicated specialists, each specialising in their own field of expertise. We have also been appointed as the Pioneer, Akai, Toshiba, Tedelex, Singer, Nakamichi, Tannoy and Sansui service agent for the Western Cape.

Aladdin Electronics (Appliance division)

On popular demand we opened an appliance repair workshop (1996) at the same premises and appointed qualified technicians to service all the “white” appliances.

• We even have somebody dedicated to do vacuum cleaners & heaters.

• We have 4 vehicles on the road for collection and deliveries.
• Premises insured and well protected with armed response and burglar bars.
• Loan units are available for most items.
• Our delivery / pick up infrastructure cover as far a field as Paarl, Somerset West, Strand, Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Piketburg, Vredenburg, Malmesbury, Wellington and the rest of the Northern / Southern Suburbs in between.
• We are also able to supply you with salvage values.

Infrastructure:

A computer network to run online jobs tracking system and accounting system. Each workshop has its own terminal for updating.

Our proposed method of working with insurance companies

• Phone us with client details and claim number as reference.
• We pickup and assess item.
• Fax or email report containing item description, damage, cause (for example: wear and tear; water or
  lightning) and cost to repair\replace.
• On acceptance of quotes, we fix, deliver and send a delivery note and invoice to you via fax and/or
  email.
• If quotes are not accepted an assessment cost will be charged for assessment, transport and supplying of loan sets (if available).
• Monthly statements will be supplied.
